In this sequel to "The Puzzling Adventure of Dr Ecco", the world-renowned puzzle master and omniheurist has been captured by a brilliant criminal by the name of Baskerhound, who forces our hero to solve puzzles for Baskerhound's gain. Ecco escapes, but the battle of wits has only just begun! Along with Dr Ecco and his colleagues, the reader is invited to solve the challenging and original mathematical puzzles that form part of the narrative in the ensuing adventures.
